TEAM REWARDS WINNERS FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2017

Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital has established a Team Reward Program, applicable to all areas in the hospital. This program has been designed to foster a spirit of “one for all, all for one”, as well as to reinforce organizational values, behaviors and operating principles. Last February 28, 2017, The Most Outstanding Team for the Month of January has been recognized.

For the Non-Nursing Category: Team 6 composing Business Office 2 ranked 1st place with the average rating of 81.80%;

(Highlights: No Undertime, No workplace injury and sickness incident, Perfect score in Customer Care, With 5 positive Customer Feedbacks, Perfect score in Team Effort under Social Responsibility, Perfect Score in Phone Courtesy and Perfect Score in Compliance to Policies for both Minor and Major Offenses).

Runners up are: Team 7 composing Business Office 3 ranked 2nd place with the average rating of 81.60%

(Highlights: Perfect Score in Punctuality, No workplace injury and sickness incident, Perfect Score in Customer Care, With 5 positive customer feedbacks, Perfect Score in Team Effort under Social Responsibility and Perfect Score in Compliance to Policies for both Minor and Major Offenses.

Team 5 composing Business Office 1 ranked 3rd place with the average rating of 81.20%

(Highlights: No workplace injury and sickness incident, With 5 positive customer feedbacks, Perfect Score in Phone Courtesy, Perfect Score in Team Effort under Social Responsibility and Perfect Score in Compliance to Policies for both Minor and Major Offenses).

For the Nursing Category (Non-Special Area): Team 23 composing 2A Station ranked 1st place with the rating of 69.50%

(Highlights: Perfect Score in Punctuality and No undertime, No workplace injury and sickness incident, Perfect Score in Safe Patient Care, Perfect Score in Discharge Turn Around Time, Perfect Score in Phone Courtesy, Perfect Score in Team Effort under Social Responsibility);

and Team 28 composing 4B Station ranked 2nd place with the rating of 69.30%,

Highlights (No undertime, No workplace injury and sickness incident, Perfect Score in Safe Patient Care, Perfect Score in Medication Protocol Compliance, Perfect Score in Patient Satisfaction Survey, Perfect Score in Phone Courtesy, Perfect Score in Team Effort under Social Responsibility and Perfect Score in Compliance to Policy under Major Offense).

The awards were given by Dr. Potenciano V. Larrazabal, Jr., President and Chairman of the Board; Engr. Oscar A. Tuason, Hospital Administrator, and Mrs. Bettina Veloso, Comptroller. The Recognition was attended by CDUH Admin Circle.
