The Outstanding Team for the Month of March 2017 has been awarded and recognized last Thursday, April 27, 2017 at CDUH BOARD ROOM. The winning teams were awarded by Dr. Potenciano V. Larrazabal, Jr. (President and Chairman of the Board) and Engr. Oscar A. Tuason (Hospital Administrator). The Recognition Program was well-attended by CDUH ADMINISTRATIVE HEADS.

Winners for the Non-Nursing Category:

Team 5 composing Business Office 1 ranked as 1st place with the average rating of 82.33%.

Highlights: No under time; No workplace Injury or Accident; Perfect Score in Customer Care; No Sickness Incidence; With 5 positive feedbacks; Perfect Score in Social Responsibility; Perfect Score for both Minor and Major Offense in Compliance to hospital policies.

Runners-up are: Team 6 composing Business Office 2 ranked as 2nd place with the average rating of 81.20%.

Highlights: No Workplace Injury or Accident; Perfect Score in Customer Care; No Sickness Incidence; With 5 positive feedbacks; Perfect Score in Phone Courtesy; Perfect Score in Social Responsibility; Perfect Score for both Minor and Major Offense in Compliance to hospital policies.

Team 7 composing Business Office 3 ranked as 3rd place with the average rating of 80.73%.

Highlights: No under time; No Workplace Injury or Accident; Perfect Score in Customer Care; No Sickness Incidence; With 5 positive customer feedbacks; Perfect Score in Social Responsibility; Perfect Score for both Minor and Major Offense in Compliance to hospital policies.

Winners for the Nursing Category (Special Area):

Team 16 composing ER/Endoscopy Unit ranked as 1st place with the average rating of 74.40%.

Highlights: No under time; No workplace Injury or Accident; Perfect Score in Safe Patient Care; With 5 positive feedbacks; Perfect Score in Phone Courtesy.

Team 17 composing OPD, MOR, MIS, CWOC, HM, CFS2, CFC, TO, LTO, DAF and WC/ENCODERS ranked as 2nd place with the average rating of 67.83%

Highlights: Zero Incident of tardiness; No workplace Injury or Accident; Perfect Score in Customer Care; No Sickness Incidence; Perfect Score for both Minor and Major Offenses in Compliance to hospital policies.

NO WINNERS FOR NURSING CATEGORY (NON-SPECIAL AREA: CUT-SCORE IS 67.50%.
